At Bait and Tackle Properties, LLC, we value every customer and aim to provide a worry-free shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return according to the policy below.

Return Eligibility

Products may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must:

• Remain unused and in their original condition
• Be returned with original packaging and included accessories
• Include proof of purchase
• Show no signs of misuse or modification

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Products

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Personalized or made-to-order products
• Clearance or final-sale merchandise
• Gift cards
• Items damaged after delivery due to customer handling

Refund Review

After your returned package arrives, it will be inspected by our team.

If your refund is approved, payment will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your shipment.

Please provide:

• Your order number
• Photos of the product
• Photos of the shipping package
• A brief description of the issue

We will evaluate the claim and provide a replacement or refund whenever appropriate.

Return Shipping

Return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer unless the return results from our error or a defective product.
